Ha-ha! We brewed one for the troublemakers. Introducing Smell Ya Later, a New Zealand Pilsner (5.6%) made in collaboration with our friends at Good Line Brewing Co. out of Lubbock.
This beer’s built around Nelson Sauvin hops - bold, aromatic, and just a little cheeky - kinda like a certain Springfield troublemaker. Paired with Motueka and Riwaka hops, it delivers bright notes of pineapple and white pepper with a smooth, slightly dry finish.
We originally brewed this one for the Partners in Craft tent at the Texas Craft Brewers Festival this weekend, but you can get an early taste this Friday at Vacancy Brewing! We’ll have the beer flowing and plenty of chances to toast our friends from the High Plains.
