Join us at Vacancy Brewing for Mind, Body, Vacancy, a four week social wellness series at Vacancy Brewing focused on movement, community, and good vibes. Each week brings a new local fitness partner and class style, all levels welcome.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned mover, this series is about showing up, trying something new, and connecting with your community. No pressure, no perfection, just a good time.

🗓 Class Lineup

1/17 – Pilates with Taylor | Mat Pilates
An intentional mat Pilates class rooted in the authentic Classical method. This class focuses on precision, flow, and deep core connection to help you feel taller, stronger, and more connected in your body.

Led by Taylor, a former competitive weightlifter and 3rd generation instructor—this class offers thoughtful cues and “tiny tweaks” that make a big difference in how you move through your day. No props, no fluff - just you, your mat, and a supportive community.

1/24 – Body Fit Training (BFT) | HIIT

A welcoming, full-body workout designed to introduce you to HIIT in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Expect simple movements, clear coaching, and plenty of options to scale things up or down.

1/31 – Waterloo Yoga | Vinyasa Yoga

A beginner-friendly vinyasa flow led by everyone’s favorite yoga instructor, Sarah. This class emphasizes breath-led movement, accessibility, and feeling good in your body. Perfect for first-timers, regulars, or anyone looking for a grounding practice in a relaxed, welcoming space.

2/7 – TrainingMate | Sydney Circuit

TrainingMate is a high-energy, community-first HIIT experience. Their motto? 51% social, 49% fitness.

Expect encouragement over yelling, accountability through community, and workouts designed for all fitness levels. Modifications and progressions are always provided, the only requirement is showing up ready to have a good time.

Event Schedule

  • 11am-12pm: Fitness Class
  • 12-1pm: Social Hour + Drink Included

What to Know Before You Go

  • Bring your own mat (required for all classes)
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get set up
  • All fitness levels welcome
  • Your ticket includes one drink of your choice after class (beer, non-alcoholic options, and more!)
