Meet Mount Joy 🍻
We teamed up with our neighbors at Ant’s Beer Cave to brew a hazy IPA in celebration of their 2nd anniversary, and Ant came prepared!
He dissected his favorite hazies, identified exactly what he loved about each one and landed on a dream combination: Citra and Mosaic hops with a soft, pillowy body. We took the assignment from there, building the beer with pilsner malt, wheat, flaked wheat and flaked oats.
The result is Mount Joy, a lush, tropical hazy IPA bursting with pineapple, mango and a little zip of lime zest.
The name is a nod to our shared love of place and travel, but more importantly, it’s dedicated to Ant’s grandmother, Donna Joy.
Catch us pouring samples at Ant’s Beer Cave’s 2nd Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, August 15. We’ll also be tapping Mount Joy at Vacancy that same day.
Collective members get first dibs beginning Wednesday, August 12.
