Sara’s love for hospitality started long before Vacancy Brewing. She built her career working with some of the world’s leading hospitality companies, including Marriott, Starwood, and Hyatt, where she honed her expertise in guest experience, marketing, and event planning.
When she and her husband Brent launched Vacancy Brewing in 2021, Sara brought that same passion to the taproom, shaping the brewery’s voice, brand, and community first culture.
At Vacancy, she leads all things front of house and creative - overseeing branding, events, partnerships, and customer experience. She thrives on collaborations with local businesses, nonprofits, and creatives, always finding ways to make the brewery a hub for both good beer and good community.
When she’s not at Vacancy, you’ll likely find Sara working on a new craft project, singing her heart out for karaoke night, or relaxing with Brent and their brewpup Queso.
